The first phase ERP project of Nanpu Electromechanical Kingdee has been successfully accepted!

On the afternoon of November 10th, the acceptance and commendation conference for the first phase ERP project of Nanpu Electromechanical Kingdee was successfully held in the lobby of Nanpu Electromechanical Office Building. The successful acceptance of the Kingdee project marks a new milestone in the informationization construction of Nanpu Electromechanical.
 
More than 30 leaders and project team members from both sides attended the meeting, which was chaired by Li Houjun, General Manager of Nanpu Electromechanical. 

 

Firstly, Li Fei, the implementation manager of Kingdee, gave a 30 minute on-site acceptance report. Finally, Li Houjun, the general manager of Nanpu Electromechanical, and Xing Gang, the chairman of Jiangsu Kingdee Group, respectively commented on the results of the acceptance report. Both parties agreed that the acceptance was successfully passed!
At the meeting, individuals who made outstanding contributions during the project implementation process were also commended.
The Nanpu Electromechanical Digitalization Project was signed at the end of 2022. After preliminary research, data organization, online trial operation, and later adjustment, it has been officially and stably running for six months. It has successfully completed the switch between the old and new systems, achieved the integration of financial business, and connected the entire process of procurement and warehousing, production material requisition, production warehousing, and sales and shipping business in the sales business line, procurement business line, and PDA scanning batch management; In terms of mobile intelligent approval, the online business process approval of Yunzhijia has improved approval efficiency and truly achieved paperless OA. The integration of Yunzhijia and Kingdee ERP system has improved the convenience of smartphone applications. Relevant data such as procurement, inventory, and sales allow senior leaders to make decisions quickly with just one click!
